The Challenge
Tharanco Group runs multiple golf and apparel brands (Greg Norman, Dunning) with 19 retail stores and growing DTC channels. You'll own real e-commerce operations—product uploads, inventory tracking, and data reporting—while learning from seasoned marketers how to scale brands across Shopify.
Your Mission
Complete Shopify migration for seasonal product collections across both brands with 100% accuracy on metadata, images, and descriptions
Establish weekly out-of-stock monitoring process and deliver inventory accuracy reports to Digital Marketing Manager and Planning team
Audit and remediate all missing product content (images, descriptions, SEO tags) across live storefronts
Build proficiency in Shopify admin, Google Sheets/Excel data pulls, and competitive analysis tools
Own end-to-end seasonal photo shoot planning and execution, managing asset organization and sample tracking workflows
Develop automated sales and competitive data reporting dashboard to support quarterly business reviews
Reduce product listing errors by 95% through systematic QA audits and team coordination
Demonstrate readiness for Junior E-Commerce Coordinator role by managing multiple brand collections independently
KPIs You'll Own
Product Listing Accuracy Rate
Percentage of SKUs with complete metadata, images, and SEO optimization across platforms.
Inventory Sync Time
Days between out-of-stock detection and team notification/correction.
Shopify Migration Completion
Percentage of product catalog successfully migrated with zero data loss.
Asset Organization Efficiency
Time to locate and deliver requested photography/video assets to team.
