The Challenge
A top-tier consulting firm (7x Glassdoor Best Places to Work) needs a strategic paid media leader to own their global digital campaigns and drive executive visibility. You'll step into an in-flight program with real budget ownership and cross-functional impact across LinkedIn, Display, and programmatic channels.
Your Mission
Audit all in-flight global paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Display, Demandbase, Google Ads, Meta), identify performance gaps, and implement quick wins to improve ROAS and conversion efficiency
Establish clear reporting cadence and dashboards for Market Reputation and Talent Acquisition stakeholders with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Map out global audience strategy and platform allocation for H2 campaigns; align budgets and forecasting across vendors and regional teams
Mentor junior team members on campaign governance, best practices, and performance analysis using Trello and Kapost workflows
Deliver 20%+ improvement in ROAS or cost-per-acquisition across priority campaigns vs. baseline through optimization and audience refinement
Scale highest-performing campaigns to incremental budget while maintaining efficiency; present data-driven recommendations for 2026 strategy
Establish Paid Digital Center of Excellence best practices documentation and conduct cross-regional training sessions
Hand off fully optimized, documented campaigns and team playbooks to incoming permanent hire with zero performance regression

Campaign ROAS
Return on ad spend across LinkedIn, Display, and programmatic channels; baseline and lift targets by platform.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Average cost to acquire a qualified lead or candidate; tracked by campaign, geography, and audience segment.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Percentage of impressions generating clicks; signals creative relevance and audience alignment.
Budget Utilization & Forecast Accuracy
Monthly spend vs. forecast variance and vendor ROI; ensures efficient allocation and vendor accountability.
Campaign Velocity & Launch Cadence
Time from strategy to live execution and refresh cycles; measures operational efficiency and team capability.
