Superbolt is running a structured 4-month marketing associate program designed to fast-track recent grads into growth marketing roles. You'll learn growth strategies and analytics from senior marketers with a direct path to full-time employment if you hit the mark.
Your Mission
Complete core growth marketing fundamentals curriculum covering acquisition, retention, and analytics
Execute 2-3 real client campaigns end-to-end, tracking performance against KPIs
Build proficiency in analytics platforms and growth marketing tools used across the agency
Develop competitive case study from assigned project work demonstrating measurable impact
Transition to full-time role with demonstrated competency across growth marketing disciplines
Lead one client growth initiative independently with senior oversight, delivering >20% performance lift
Master the agency's core tools and workflows with zero ramp-up friction
Build relationships with 3+ senior marketers and establish yourself as a reliable growth contributor
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign Performance vs. Brief
Track your assigned campaigns against stated KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate) to measure execution quality.
Skill Progression
Competency assessments in analytics, copywriting, paid media, and growth strategy frameworks by month 3.
Full-Time Offer Rate
Percentage of program participants converted to permanent roles (internal measure of program success).
Time-to-Productivity
How quickly you move from training exercises to owning real client projects with minimal supervision.
