The Challenge

Storm Creek is a women-owned B Corp apparel brand proving that growth and impact aren't mutually exclusive. You'll own the full digital marketing engine—email, paid media, conversion optimization—and directly connect your work to revenue and mission.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and restructure Klaviyo email/SMS program; establish baseline metrics and implement 2-3 automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, winback)

Map paid media performance across Meta and Google; identify efficiency gaps and propose budget reallocation strategy

Build GA4 and Shopify dashboard in Looker Studio with weekly reporting on conversion rates, CAC, and lead volume

4

Conduct site audit and propose top 5 conversion optimization opportunities; launch first A/B test on landing page or checkout flow

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 15-25% lift in email-attributed revenue through segmentation, personalization, and flow optimization

Reduce customer acquisition cost by 10-20% across paid channels through audience refinement and creative testing

3

Establish lead generation program with measurable conversion pipeline; close feedback loop with sales on lead quality

4

Complete 4-6 CRO tests on high-traffic pages; document learnings and implement winning variations site-wide

Email-Attributed Revenue

Track revenue driven by email and SMS campaigns; aim for measurable lift from baseline.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Monitor paid media efficiency across Meta and Google; optimize toward target CAC by channel.

Conversion Rate

Measure overall site conversion rate and by traffic source; baseline and iterate through CRO testing.

Email Open & Click Rates

Track engagement metrics; segment performance by audience and campaign type.

Lead Volume & Quality

Measure lead capture volume and sales conversion rate; identify quality gaps with sales team.
