The Challenge
Steeple is building a global workforce communication platform from Rennes, bootstrapped and profitable across 1500+ companies in 20 countries. You'll own the acquisition strategy that unlocks their next growth phase—no investor pressure, just pure execution.
Your Mission
Map and audit the 5 core acquisition channels; identify quick wins and gaps in current funnel
Launch 2-3 new acquisition tests (paid, organic, or partnership) with measurable baseline metrics
Build acquisition dashboard tracking CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline by channel
Establish repeatable process for campaign optimization and weekly performance reviews
Scale top 2-3 performing channels; achieve 30%+ reduction in CAC vs baseline
Generate 200+ qualified leads monthly with <€500 CAC in target markets (FR + 1 international)
Test and validate 1 new market entry strategy; document playbook for replication
Build internal acquisition playbook; train 1 junior team member on core channels

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Target €300-€500 per qualified customer; track by channel and optimize relentlessly.
Monthly Qualified Leads
Aim for 200+ leads/month with clear conversion path to sales pipeline.
Channel ROI
Track ROAS by channel; maintain >3:1 ratio for paid channels.
Conversion Rate (lead to opportunity)
Monitor funnel health; target 15%+ of leads converting to sales-qualified opportunities.
Time to First Customer Meeting
Reduce sales cycle drag; aim for <5 days from lead capture to first conversation.
