The Challenge

Sol-ti is scaling the fastest-growing refrigerated superfood beverage brand in the US. You'll own the entire digital growth engine—DTC, Amazon, and paid media—driving customer acquisition and lifetime value in a high-velocity CPG environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current DTC and Amazon performance; establish baseline KPIs and identify top 3 conversion rate optimization opportunities

Launch optimized paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with clear ROAS and CAC targets

3

Build comprehensive digital analytics dashboard tracking traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV across all channels

4

Map and document existing email/SMS workflows; identify gaps in lifecycle marketing automation

By 6 Months

Increase DTC conversion rate by 15-25% through site optimization, merchandising, and A/B testing

2

Grow Amazon marketplace revenue by 30%+ through pricing strategy, advertising optimization, and content improvements

3

Achieve target ROAS of 3.5:1+ across paid media channels with optimized creative and audience segmentation

4

Implement full email/SMS lifecycle program driving 20%+ repeat purchase rate and 2x+ customer lifetime value

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Average cost to acquire a new customer; optimize downward while scaling profitable channels.

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Total revenue from a customer over their lifetime; drive through retention and repeat purchase programs.

Average Order Value (AOV)

Average transaction size; optimize through bundling, upsells, and subscription enrollment.

Amazon Marketplace Revenue & Profitability

Track revenue, margin, and market share across Seller/Vendor Central; optimize pricing and advertising ROI.
