Your Mission
As a Growth Director, you’ll be the strategic architect and leader of a POD, overseeing the holistic growth engine for our key clients. You will be given complete ownership of the client’s growth roadmap. Your mission is to move beyond just paid media, leading a 360° strategy that integrates performance, CRO, retention, and business intelligence. You’ll be accountable for scaling businesses from a high-level perspective, managing and growing a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable, long-term impact. You will have ownership of your own P&L, with an incentive structure aligned to the performance of your business unit.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & POD Leadership
- Design and steer the 360° growth roadmap for clients, aligning performance marketing with overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists (Performance, Creative, CRO), ensuring excellence in execution and a unified strategic direction.
- Own high-level media planning and cross-channel budget allocation, optimizing for bottom-line profitability rather than just platform metrics.
- Oversee the entire customer journey, identifying growth levers in acquisition, activation, and retention to build a cohesive growth loop.
- Drive the strategy for landing page architecture, funnel optimization, and CRM integration to maximize the efficiency of every dollar spent.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior stakeholders to refine the agency’s growth frameworks and proprietary methodologies.
- Translate complex data sets into high-level business insights, focusing on North Star metrics (MER, CAC Payback, LTV).
- Supervise the creation of advanced tracking infrastructures and attribution models to ensure 100% transparency in performance.
- Anticipate market trends and inefficiencies, pivoting the POD’s strategy to capitalize on new opportunities before the competition.
- Serve as the primary strategic consultant and "Growth Partner" for client Founders and C-level executives.
- Lead high-stakes reporting sessions, building deep trust through strategic transparency and a relentless focus on business outcomes.
- Act as the ultimate bridge between the client’s vision and the POD’s technical execution.
- Champion a rigorous "test-and-learn" framework across the POD, prioritizing high-impact experiments that can be scaled across the portfolio.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, staying at the forefront of AI, automation, and emerging growth tactics.
Senior Leader & Mentor: You have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and helping specialists level up their strategic thinking.
Master Communicator: You excel at managing high-level stakeholders, turning complex technical challenges into clear, confident business narratives.
Technical Veteran: You come from a heavy Performance background. You’ve "been in the trenches" and can spot a tracking error or a weak creative hook from a mile away, but you now choose to lead the vision.
Commercially Minded: You understand the realities of a P&L, the difference between cost and value, and how to think about the growth of revenue for both your clients, and your pod.
