Is This Role For You?
- You're finishing a Master's in marketing, business development, or sales and want *real* impact, not coffee runs
- You're comfortable with ambiguity—you'll own channel strategy end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- You speak B2B fluently: understand IT buying dynamics, know MSPs/ESNs, can talk to DSIs and CTOs
- You're obsessed with metrics, testing, and iteration—campaigns are hypotheses, data is gospel
- You need hand-holding or prefer execution without strategy ownership—this role demands autonomy
- You're not comfortable cold outreach, campaign testing, or direct sales conversations
- You're looking for a short-term resume line—this is a pre-hire track toward 3+ year partnership

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
