The Challenge

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a global CAD/3D modeling powerhouse with startup energy. You'll own day-to-day social media presence across LinkedIn and Amplify while building digital marketing expertise in a structured apprenticeship that connects you to an international student network.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master daily social media operations across LinkedIn and Amplify with consistent posting schedule and on-brand messaging

Build proficiency in Power BI scorecards and Sprinklr dashboards to monitor and report performance metrics

3

Deliver your first 3 stakeholder PowerPoint presentations summarizing social media insights and campaign performance

4

Collaborate with Marketing team to define and document 5+ key performance indicators tied to business objectives

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end coordination of 3+ digital marketing campaigns from conception through performance analysis

Achieve consistent engagement benchmarks across social channels with documented month-over-month growth trends

3

Develop reusable content frameworks and tone guidelines for different audience segments and campaign types

4

Present quarterly business review with stakeholders showcasing social media ROI and strategic recommendations for optimization

KPIs You'll Own

Social Media Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates across LinkedIn and Amplify channels weekly.

Content Performance by Pillar

Measure engagement and reach for different content types to identify top-performing themes.

Campaign Conversion Metrics

Monitor KPIs defined collaboratively with Marketing team, translated into Power BI dashboards.

Post Publishing Consistency

Ensure on-time scheduling and delivery of drafts meeting quality and tone standards.

  • You're enrolled in a French university pursuing a bachelor's or master's in marketing, communication, business, or information systems
  • You're obsessed with social media metrics and can translate dashboards into clear stakeholder narratives
  • You're proactive, organized, and can own projects from kickoff to completion without constant hand-holding
  • You write clearly and compellingly in English—social posts, emails, presentations all need to hit the mark
Won't Work If
  • You're not enrolled in a French higher education program or pursuing an unrelated degree
  • You expect remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Lyon for 24 months
  • You struggle with data analysis or get bored diving into performance dashboards and KPI tracking
