The Challenge
SAVANA is a creative studio making games and leisure products that spark human connection—and they're scaling internationally. You'll own short-form video content across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts to drive growth, working directly with their lean Growth & Marketing team in the vibrant Marais.
Your Mission
Master CapCut and produce 15+ short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts format) that meet platform best practices and SAVANA brand guidelines
Establish baseline performance metrics for your content (engagement rate, view velocity, save/share ratios) across all platforms
Build confidence with storytelling and pacing—ship weekly content that shows improving hook strength and retention curves
Learn SAVANA's product-market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform creative direction
Achieve consistent 5%+ engagement rate on short-form videos; identify 2-3 content formats that drive highest conversion lift
Ship 40+ pieces of viral-focused content; demonstrate ability to spot and ride micro-trends before saturation
Own content strategy for one platform (TikTok or Instagram Reels) end-to-end, from ideation through performance analysis
Train and document your workflow; create a content playbook that scales your output and supports future team growth
KPIs You'll Own
Engagement Rate
Target 5%+ (likes + comments + shares / total impressions) as baseline for short-form; track weekly to identify winning formats.
Video Completion Rate
Measure how far audiences watch before dropping off; aim for 60%+ completion on first 3 seconds to validate hook effectiveness.
Conversion Velocity
Track clicks to landing page or product links within 24h of publication; tie content quality directly to acquisition impact.
Content Output Velocity
Ship 8-10 polished short-form videos per week by month 3; measure production cycle time reduction as skill improves.
Trend Response Time
Days from trend identification to published content; aim for <48h to capture momentum on viral audio/formats.

Interview Process

Creative Brief
You'll receive a 48h brief to produce 2-3 short-form videos using SAVANA's tone/aesthetic; they'll assess your CapCut speed and taste.
