The Challenge
Sagapixel is a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency obsessed with real outcomes—rankings, traffic, leads, actual growth. You'll step up from doing everything yourself to leading strategy, coordinating teams, and owning client relationships that matter.
Your Mission
Onboard 2-3 client accounts, document their baseline metrics (rankings, traffic, lead volume), and establish quarterly performance targets
Lead your first end-to-end client calls, clearly articulating what's working, what isn't, and the next 90 days of priorities
Coordinate cross-functional work across SEO, content, and dev teams—identify blockers, eliminate delays, prove you can move work forward
Build a performance dashboard per account (GA4, GSC, lead tracking) and deliver weekly/monthly summaries to clients
Demonstrate measurable impact on 3+ client accounts (traffic growth, lead increases, ranking improvements tied to strategy)
Identify and pitch 2-3 upsell opportunities or strategic pivots based on performance gaps and market opportunities
Earn your first retention bonus by hitting 12-month management milestone on one account with strong client satisfaction
Mentor or support 1-2 team members on account strategy; prove you can elevate work quality beyond execution

Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month % increase in qualified traffic from search for managed accounts.
Lead Volume & Quality
Total leads generated + conversion rate; track which channels/campaigns drive highest-intent prospects.
Keyword Rankings (Top 3/10/30)
Number of target keywords ranking in top 3, top 10, and top 30 positions; refresh quarterly.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Qualitative feedback from client calls; track renewal rates and upsell success.
Account Profitability
Hours allocated vs. retainer value; manage scope creep and identify margin-positive opportunities.
