The Challenge

RNR Tire Express is scaling across corporate and franchise locations, and they need someone to own the digital marketing engine. You'll build the infrastructure, manage paid campaigns, and drive consistent lead flow across dozens of stores.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing Google Ads and Meta campaigns across all locations; identify budget waste and reallocate to top performers

Establish standardized UTM tracking and reporting dashboard so performance is visible across corporate and franchise partners

Set up landing page templates and lead capture forms for new store openings; automate CRM integrations to reduce manual data entry

Deliver first monthly performance report to franchisees showing cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and ROI by location

Increase lead volume by 25% through campaign optimization and geographic targeting refinement across top 20 locations

Build and document franchise playbook: campaign templates, budget guidelines, and best practices for local marketing

Implement automated SMS/email nurture sequences connected to CRM; track engagement and conversion to close rate

Reduce new store onboarding time from manual setup to fully integrated (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Podium) within 48 hours

Track paid campaign efficiency across Google and Meta by location to identify underperforming spend.

Monitor how many leads from digital campaigns convert to actual tire service customers in your CRM.

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid digital; prioritize high-ROAS locations and tactics.

Landing Page Performance

Track form submission rates, bounce rates, and time-on-page to optimize for lead capture and quality.

Google Business Profile Health Score

Monitor review volume, response time, and visibility across all locations to support local SEO.
