The Challenge
Reply (part of the Reply Group) is a data-driven marketing and CRM powerhouse working with top-tier international brands. You'll own the design and deployment of customer journeys and marketing automations across Salesforce Marketing Cloud—translating business needs into scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.
Your Mission
Complete Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist and Administrator) and demonstrate proficiency across Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
Own 2-3 client projects end-to-end, from discovery workshops to campaign deployment, documenting all data flows and integration touchpoints
Build repeatable templates and best-practice frameworks for data segmentation and personalization across the client base
Shadow senior consultants on 5+ strategic campaigns with international brands, understanding stakeholder management and discovery processes
Lead 4-5 independent SFMC projects with minimal oversight, managing client expectations and delivering on-time deployments
Architect 3+ cross-channel campaign automations using SFMC integrations with CRMs, CDPs, and web platforms (APIs, contact sync)
Contribute to the Reply Group knowledge-sharing network with 2 documented case studies or internal training modules on SFMC best practices
Demonstrate thought leadership by identifying and pitching 3+ upsell opportunities for clients to evolve their MarTech stack
