The Challenge

Quilling Card is a Fair Trade artisan business shipping handcrafted cards globally through DTC and wholesale channels. You'll build their inbound growth engine—owning SEO, site conversion, and e-commerce ops across Shopify, Faire, and Etsy to drive revenue from search and marketplace visibility.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current SEO performance across priority keyword clusters; identify and execute 10+ quick wins for technical and on-page optimization

Map conversion friction on product and checkout pages; implement 3-5 UX improvements and measure baseline conversion lift

Establish tracking ecosystem (GA4, Shopify, HubSpot, Meta); build 5 core dashboards tracking traffic, conversion, and channel ROI

Audit all marketplace listings (Faire, Etsy); standardize product data, photography, and messaging across channels

By 6 Months

Drive organic traffic growth 25%+ YoY through SEO rankings and content strategy; establish monthly organic revenue contribution

Improve site-wide conversion rate by 15-20% through CRO testing; document learnings for scaling

Build and operationalize customer lifecycle flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement) targeting 30%+ repeat purchase rate

Establish clear B2B vs. B2C performance dashboards; present monthly insights that inform product, pricing, and promotional strategy
