The Challenge
Pomeroy is a major tech distributor looking to unlock growth in retail by positioning their services alongside OEM partners' POS and digital signage solutions. You'll be the linchpin connecting their field sales teams with retail technology partners like Toshiba, HP, and Zebra to expand market share.
Your Mission
Map existing Pomeroy-partner relationships and identify 3-5 immediate co-selling opportunities with top retail OEM accounts
Establish weekly cadence calls with 2-3 priority partners and deliver first joint value proposition deck
Conduct competitive market analysis on retail POS/self-checkout/digital signage segment and present findings
Train internal Pomeroy sales team on partner products and create shared pitch deck for retail clients
Launch and execute 2 joint marketing campaigns with retail partners, measured by pipeline generated
Build formal joint business plans with top 3-4 OEM partners with defined revenue targets
Deliver quarterly business reviews with all key partners documenting growth metrics and forecast
Increase retail field sales team engagement and measure co-sell pipeline contributions quarter-over-quarter
