The Challenge

Plume SEO is a live AI-powered SaaS generating SEO content with paying customers. You'll be the face of the brand—owning content strategy, video production, design, and outbound prospecting. Work directly with the founder, zero bureaucracy.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Produce 8-12 high-performing LinkedIn/Instagram posts with original visuals and video content

2

Film and edit 3-5 branded video assets showcasing product features

3

Build and launch outbound email sequence to 50+ target prospects (SEO agencies, freelancers, marketing teams)

4

Design 2-3 website visual assets (banners, graphics, illustrations) integrated into live product

By 6 Months
1

Establish consistent content calendar across LinkedIn/Instagram with measurable engagement metrics (target: 10%+ engagement rate)

Produce 15+ video pieces; identify top 3 formats by performance and scale

Generate 200+ qualified prospect outreach interactions with conversion tracking

4

Create full pitch deck and commercial presentation assets used in 20+ customer discovery calls

LinkedIn/Instagram post engagement (likes, comments, shares) as % of impressions; target 8-12% by month 3

Video Views & Completion Rate

Total views and % of viewers who watch 75%+ of video content across platforms

Outbound Reply Rate

% of prospect emails that receive responses; benchmark 12-18% for cold outreach

Content-to-Demo Conversion

% of prospects from content/outreach who book product demo or call

  • You're comfortable on camera and want to build personal brand while growing a SaaS
  • You have a portfolio showing real creative work, not template-based designs
  • You're proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) + Figma + AI tools
  • You thrive with autonomy; you own projects end-to-end without hand-holding
  • You understand growth metrics and can connect content creation to conversion
Won't Work If
  • You need structure, processes, and weekly 1:1s; this is scrappy and self-directed
  • You're camera-shy or uncomfortable being the visible face of the brand
  • You treat design as secondary; visual quality and creative problem-solving are core to this role
  • You don't have a portfolio or past projects demonstrating your creative capability
