Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led FP&A or finance teams at high-growth B2B or SaaS companies; you understand revenue dynamics, CAC/LTV, and unit economics
  • You're comfortable with statistical modeling, SQL, Python, or equivalent; you don't just consume dashboards—you build them
  • You thrive as a strategic partner to GTM (Sales/Marketing/RevOps); you speak both finance and commercial languages
  • You've presented to Boards or C-suite; you can synthesize complexity into clear, actionable narratives
  • You're intellectually curious about fintech, payments, or financial services; you want to work at a company reshaping how people interact with money
Won't Work If
  • You prefer deep finance heads-down work over cross-functional partnership and visibility; this role is extremely visible
  • You can't work on-site in NYC regularly; this is a high-touch, relationship-driven role with the COO and GTM teams
  • You lack experience with revenue forecasting, GTM analytics, or SaaS/B2B metrics; you'll need to hit the ground running
