The Challenge

Phigora is the certified pre-owned luxury watch marketplace where Rolex meets revenue. You'll own the digital engine that drives brand awareness and customer lifetime value across a high-ticket, authentication-obsessed category. This is hands-on growth work—no stakeholder theater.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current email/SMS strategy and establish baseline KPIs (open rate, CTR, AOV lift); implement segmentation framework in Klaviyo

Launch 4 A/B tested campaigns (subject lines, send times, content) to identify high-performing playbooks for watch buyers

Conduct SEO audit of top 50 keywords; prioritize on-page optimization and identify quick wins for organic traffic

Map full customer journey from awareness to post-purchase; identify top 3 drop-off points for optimization

Measure website visitors converting to customers; primary KPI for CRO and A/B testing success.

Calculate total revenue per customer to inform retention strategy and justify premium positioning.
