The Challenge
Perlib is a high-growth wealth management firm (€1M+ ARR trajectory) disrupting French financial advisory with human expertise + responsible investing. You'll own content, social, and lead generation to scale their brand across France.
Your Mission
Audit current site content gaps and publish 8+ optimized blog posts targeting financial keywords (life insurance, tax optimization, retirement planning)
Establish consistent social posting cadence (3x weekly LinkedIn, 2x Instagram) with engagement tracking dashboard
Support 2 webinar launches end-to-end: assets, promotion, email sequencing, attendance tracking
Refresh 5 core marketing assets (pitch decks, guides, brochures) aligned with brand voice
Generate 150+ qualified leads via content + social channels, tracked in CRM with conversion analysis
Grow LinkedIn followers from baseline to 2,000+ with 3%+ engagement rate on posts
Build evergreen email nurture sequence (5-part series) for lead qualification with A/B testing
Establish monthly marketing report showing traffic, leads, cost-per-lead, and social ROI trends

Is This Role For You?
- You're a student (or recent grad) genuinely curious about fintech/wealth management and want to understand how money actually moves
- You can write clearly in French and create visually sharp content quickly (Canva proficiency is real, not nice-to-have)
- You thrive on measuring impact—you want to own a metric (lead gen, social growth) and watch it move
- You're comfortable asking for help but prefer autonomy; you'll own projects end-to-end without constant handholding
- You're interested in growth marketing fundamentals: how content drives leads, how social builds brand, how email converts
- You need a 100% remote setup or flexibility—this is pure onsite in Paris 16e, no negotiation
- You're looking for a €1,500+ monthly stipend—the budget is €800-€1,200 depending on your chops
- You have zero interest in finance/wealth management and can't fake enthusiasm for the space
- You expect a junior full-time role immediately—this is explicitly an internship; conversion timeline is TBD

Marketing challenge
Create a social media post (LinkedIn + Instagram pair) promoting one of Perlib's financial products; 48-hour turnaround
Team conversation
Meet with Growth Manager + broader marketing/comms team to assess cultural fit, autonomy, and collaborative approach
Offer & onboarding
Startup-style: light admin, you're productive by day 3, handed 3 month roadmap with clear KPIs
