We’re looking for an early team member to turn what’s working into hockey stick growth.
We already have strong signals across a few channels. This role is about executing quickly, learning fast, and doubling down on what actually drives bookings. From pushing what’s already working to testing entirely new ideas, this role is about doing creative, high-impact things, not being afraid to fail, and taking real ownership in making this grow.
Internally, we think of this as a “Head of Getting Things Done” role. If you expect a 9-5, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
- Test growth channels including social, UGC, partnerships, IRL, paid, and new ideas you come up with
- Double down on what shows real signal
- Run fast experiments across messaging, audiences, and distribution
- Focus on bookings and repeat usage
- Build simple systems to capture, convert, and retain users
- Talk to users and turn insights into action
What Makes You Right for the Role
- If you expect a 9-5, this role is not for you
- Execution-focused and fast-moving
- Doesn’t wait for permission to get started
- Not afraid to fail and get back up quickly
- Comfortable in early-stage and ambiguous environments
- Strong instincts with a bias toward testing
- Able to go from idea to live test quickly
- Focused on results, not attached to specific channels
Ideal Background
- Early-stage startup experience
- Owned and moved a metric from X to Y
- Experience building without a playbook and figuring things out from scratch
- Scrappy growth experience across social, UGC, or on-the-ground efforts
- Bonus if you have experience with paid acquisition
Compensation & working style
- hybrid in-person, collaborative role; we believe the best ideas happen when we’re building together in real time
- competitive early-stage salary
- equity, this is an early team role with real upside

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
