Conduct competitive analysis of 5+ restaurant software/AI tools and map untapped growth channels and messaging angles

4

Produce weekly performance dashboards tracking user funnels, activation rates, and experiment results for team alignment

By 6 Months

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Retention Cohort

30/60/90-day retention by cohort; critical for sustainable growth and LTV modeling.

Campaign ROAS

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've promoted, built, or grown something (side project, fundraising, student org, small venture) and loved the problem-solving
  • You're obsessed with performance metrics and testing; you think in funnels, CAC, and conversion rates
  • You're genuinely curious about food, restaurants, or social media and want to understand the creator/brand side
  • You want to learn growth marketing as a craft from a founder/early-stage team, not just execute templates
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity, own projects end-to-end, and move fast without waiting for permission
Won't Work If
  • You want a predictable, structured role with clear daily tasks and minimal autonomy
  • You're not comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and quantifying success
  • You need to be remote; this is on-site, Paris only
  • You're looking for a short-term gig; minimum 6-month commitment required
