The Challenge
Nuvative's lending subsidiary Net Pay Advance needs a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own their entire digital funnel across SEO, social, email, and content. You'll lead a team of 4-5 and drive measurable growth for an online lending platform serving thousands of customers.
Your Mission
Audit and establish baseline metrics across all digital channels (organic traffic, social engagement, email performance, conversion rates)
Implement SEO backlinking strategy and conduct keyword gap analysis to identify quick wins
Build and publish first 90-day content calendar across social, email, and owned channels
Meet with customer service team to document customer segments and update targeting parameters in active campaigns
Increase organic website traffic by 25%+ through SEO improvements and content optimization
Establish standardized monthly performance reporting dashboard across all marketing channels
Launch and optimize at least 2 integrated email marketing campaigns with A/B testing
Document team processes and develop training framework to improve campaign execution velocity and consistency

Percentage of email campaign recipients who complete desired action (signup, application, etc).
Social Media Engagement Rate
Likes, comments, shares, and clicks as a percentage of follower count across all owned accounts.
Campaign ROI
Revenue or leads generated divided by total marketing spend across all channels.
Team Velocity
Number of campaigns launched and content pieces published per month relative to team capacity.
