The Challenge

Nexity is France's real estate leader tackling housing access and decarbonization at scale. You'll own acquisition performance across national programs—managing SEA partners, real estate portals, and lead quality for a massive pipeline.

Your Mission

1

Master SEA campaign coordination: brief agences, track optimization cycles, report weekly performance vs. CPL targets

2

Build data hygiene: audit program feeds (pricing, inventory, visuals) across channels and flag discrepancies

Own weekly/monthly reporting: track leads, CPL, diffusion rates and surface 2-3 optimization levers per month

4

Establish partner cadence: weekly check-ins with SEA agency and portal teams to resolve anomalies in real-time

By 6 Months
1

Become the go-to performance analyst: independently identify underperforming programs and recommend budget reallocation

2

Scale acquisition ops: manage 4+ concurrent campaigns with +10K monthly leads, maintain >95% data accuracy

3

Drive measurable wins: execute 2-3 optimization tests (bidding, creative, targeting) that lift lead volume or lower CPL by 10%+
