The Challenge
Nex is redefining active play for families with an award-winning motion gaming platform. You'll own the entire marketing site stack β from frontend to CMS to backend β shipping experiences that convert millions of visitors and directly drive customer acquisition.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize marketing site performance (Core Web Vitals, page load times) and ship 2-3 high-impact fixes
Establish baseline analytics and conversion tracking across all customer-facing experiences
Integrate 2-3 critical third-party APIs (payment, CMS, or marketing tools) that unblock the team
Deliver 1 major frontend feature or campaign landing page in close collaboration with Design and Marketing
Own full marketing site stack end-to-end; establish deployment pipeline and monitoring
Run 3-5 A/B tests on key conversion moments; demonstrate measurable lift in CTR or sign-ups
Build and ship 2-3 customer-facing commerce or product features with cross-functional teams
Document architecture, create runbooks, and onboard next engineer to the stack
KPIs You'll Own
Page Performance (Core Web Vitals)
Track LCP, FID, CLS across all marketing pages to ensure fast, delightful user experience.
Conversion Rate
Monitor sign-ups, demo requests, and purchases driven by marketing site experiences you build.
Time-to-Ship
Measure how fast you move from brief to live production β aim for days, not weeks.
Experiment Velocity
Number of A/B tests launched per quarter that inform marketing and product decisions.
