The Challenge

Master Builders Solutions is revolutionizing underground construction with innovative chemical solutions for tunnelling and mining. You'll own the global marketing strategy for this niche, technical sector—translating complex solutions into compelling value stories that drive demand across Europe.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing performance across UGC portfolio and establish baseline KPIs for product-level metrics

Develop and launch 2-3 key sales enablement assets (whitepapers, presentations, case studies) aligned with sales pipeline

3

Map regional marketing opportunities and identify top 3 conferences/events for 2026 participation and brand visibility

4

Build collaborative cadence with product, sales, and regional teams to align on market positioning and messaging

By 6 Months
1

Execute and measure full-funnel demand generation campaign targeting 2-3 key European markets in tunnelling/mining

Establish quarterly marketing performance dashboards with clear attribution to sales pipeline and revenue targets

Launch thought leadership content series (blog, video, whitepapers) positioning Master Builders as innovation leader

4

Optimize marketing spend across channels with documented ROI recommendations and budget reallocation strategy

Track lead generation, booth traffic, and post-event pipeline impact from conferences and seminars.

Brand Awareness Lift

Measure aided/unaided brand recall and perception shifts among key buyer personas in target markets.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 5-8 years B2B marketing experience with proven success in demand generation and sales funnel building
  • You understand underground construction/tunnelling/mining markets and can translate technical specs into buyer value
  • You're analytical, comfortable with marketing metrics, and can translate data into actionable optimization strategies
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to France and comfortable working on-site at the Lisses office
Won't Work If
  • You need full remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in France
  • You lack B2B marketing experience or have only worked in consumer/e-commerce channels
  • You're uncomfortable with highly technical/niche sectors or prefer fast-moving consumer brands
  • You don't speak fluent English or have limited European language skills for regional collaboration
