Leading Chinese beauty brand is looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale our TikTok Shop business in North America. This role has a clear path to grow into a full TikTok Shop role, but initially, your core mission is to drive sales through influencer partnerships at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a large-scale influencer strategy on TikTok Shop to recruit, activate, and manage a high-volume creator network that drives significant sales growth.
- Segment and manage influencers by tier: identify high-value beauty creators for deep relationship management, and efficiently onboard smaller creators for volume.
- Approach, pitch, and recruit top-tier beauty KOLs — tell the Judydoll brand story in a way that excites and convinces them to partner.
- Own the full influencer relationship cycle: outreach, negotiation, content guidance, performance tracking, and long-term retention.
- Select and prioritize partnership platforms (TikTok first, with a view on Instagram/YouTube for cross-promotion where relevant).
- Work with internal teams to feed influencer insights back into product selection, promotions, and later, live streaming and operations.
What You Bring
- Existing beauty creator relationships in North America.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and how to sell makeup through creator content.
- Proven ability to segment and manage influencers at scale — knowing who to nurture and who to automate.
- Strong storytelling skills: you can sell a brand vision and make creators feel invested.
- Real passion for and knowledge of color cosmetics.
- Willingness and capability to eventually grow into a full TikTok Shop owner (selection, promos, logistics, after-sales).
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

- Have experience scaling a beauty brand on TikTok Shop from 0 to 1 in the US market.
