The Challenge

LifeDNA is a fast-growing genomics-powered wellness brand with strong DTC and Amazon presence. You'll own the entire growth engine—from paid acquisition to repeat LTV—and be accountable for revenue, CAC, and profitability targets across all channels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current paid social, search, and Amazon performance; identify underperforming campaigns and quick wins

2

Establish baseline metrics for CAC, AOV, LTV, and ROAS; set Q1 targets aligned with company growth goals

3

Launch 3-5 structured creative tests across Meta and Google to improve CTR and conversion rates

4

Take full operational control of Amazon Seller Central; optimize PPC bids and identify top catalog expansion opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Build and document repeatable playbooks for acquisition, activation, and retention that scale across channels

2

Improve blended CAC by 15-20% through creative testing, audience refinement, and channel optimization

3

Grow Amazon revenue 30%+ through PPC optimization, organic rank improvements, and new listing launches

4

Establish robust funnel analytics and weekly/monthly dashboards that drive decision-making and budget allocation

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track blended CAC across paid social, search, and Amazon; optimize toward target by channel.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid media; target 3x+ blended across channels.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Measure total revenue per customer; optimize repeat purchase rate and AOV to drive LTV growth.

Average Order Value (AOV)

Track average transaction size; test bundling, upsells, and product recommendations to increase.

Amazon Contribution Margin

Balance PPC spend against profitability; ensure Amazon P&L remains healthy as you scale.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed $500K+ monthly ad spend in paid social and search at a DTC brand and can show concrete ROAS and CAC improvements
  • You write ad copy yourself, run A/B tests, and obsess over creative testing—not just media buying
  • You have hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience: PPC, listings, A+ content, and understand the ecosystem
  • You think in funnels: acquisition → activation → retention → LTV expansion, and tie every tactic back to unit economics
Won't Work If
  • You're a brand marketer who delegates paid media to agencies; this role requires you to be in Ads Manager daily
  • You lack e-commerce or DTC experience; CPG, B2B, or agency-only backgrounds won't have the instincts this needs
  • You can't or won't touch Amazon; it's a core revenue pillar, not a nice-to-have
