The Challenge

leet design is scaling fast—acoustic cabins for enterprise wellness are selling to Hermès, BCG, and Hugging Face. You'll own growth from day one: running paid campaigns, creating premium content, and proving CAC/LTV on a technically differentiated product.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing Google Ads & Meta campaigns; establish baseline CPA, ROAS, and attribution tracking

Launch 2-3 high-performing paid campaigns (Search + Social) targeting mid-market office design buyers

Build editorial calendar and publish 12+ LinkedIn posts anchored on product benefits and design differentiation

4

Create 3 conversion-focused assets (landing page, case study, product video) for lead nurture

By 6 Months
1

Reduce CAC by 20%+ through continuous funnel optimization and audience refinement

Establish organic social momentum: 2K+ LinkedIn followers, 15%+ engagement rate on core content

Scale paid acquisition to 50+ qualified leads/month across Google + Meta channels

Document and systematize content playbooks (product storytelling, objection handling, client case studies)

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Track paid channel efficiency; target breakeven against LTV within 6 months.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per euro spent on paid campaigns; minimum 3:1 target.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

B2B lead quality metric; optimize by sales feedback and conversion rate.

Content Engagement Rate

LinkedIn post engagement (likes, comments, shares) as early indicator of message-market fit.

Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion

% of paid leads that move to sales qualified opportunity; feedback loop with sales team.

  • You're obsessed with metrics and can defend every euro spent; you live in CPA/ROAS/conversion rates
  • You're excited by design, sustainability, and workplace culture—you *get* the product, not just the funnel
  • You want autonomy and direct impact: reporting to leadership means your ideas move fast, your wins are visible
Won't Work If
  • You've only run performance ads at scale in B2C (e-commerce, gaming, consumer apps)—B2B sales cycles and messaging are different
  • You need remote work or hybrid flexibility; this is Paris on-site, full-time
  • You view marketing as separate from product and sales; leet needs a true growth partner who owns the whole funnel
