The Challenge
Urgo Healthcare owns France's daily health & wellness market with €285M revenue and iconic brands like Urgo, Humex, and Alvityl. You'll own real digital campaigns across SEO, social, e-commerce, and influencer activations—building skills in a 800-person company that actually invests in trainee development.
Your Mission
Launch 2-3 competitor analyses and market reports to inform content strategy for flagship brands
Create and publish 15+ pieces of digital content (web copy, social posts, email) across brand channels
Execute first SEO audit and implement 10+ on-page recommendations to improve organic visibility
Coordinate end-to-end UGC campaign including sample distribution and content validation
Own quarterly performance reporting on all digital channels (SEA, social ads, e-commerce) with actionable insights
Scale digital activation playbook: launch 4+ paid campaigns (social ads, native, display) and optimize ROAS
Build and deliver 2 internal digital training sessions to marketing team on new tools/best practices
Achieve 20%+ organic traffic growth through SEO implementation and content optimization

Return on ad spend across SEA, social ads, and native campaigns—your primary performance lever.
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month percentage increase in SEO-driven site traffic from your recommendations.
Content Output Velocity
Number of published assets per month across web, social, and email channels.
UGC Campaign Engagement Rate
Likes, shares, comments on influencer-generated content as % of followers reached.
E-commerce Conversion Rate
Percentage of site visitors completing purchases—tracked monthly by campaign source.
