The Challenge

Jedox is a fast-growing Enterprise Performance Management platform helping businesses master complex planning. You'll own France and Romandy's regional growth strategy, driving pipeline through campaigns, events, ABM, and sales alignment in a dynamic European market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Develop and lock in regional marketing plan with clear pipeline targets for France and Romandy

2

Launch 2-3 localized versions of global campaigns with messaging tailored to French market

3

Establish working cadence with sales team and define Q1-Q2 ABM target accounts using 6Sense

4

Plan and execute first regional event or roadshow to build brand visibility and pipeline

By 6 Months
1

Generate €2M+ in marketing-influenced pipeline through field campaigns and partner activation

Scale ABM program across 20+ target accounts with personalized content via HubSpot and Qualified

3

Execute Jedox Elevate regional event with 100+ attendees and confirmed follow-up meetings

4

Build partner co-marketing program generating 30%+ of pipeline from partner sources

Marketing-Influenced Pipeline

Total pipeline value sourced or influenced by field marketing campaigns, ABM, events, and partner programs.

Campaign Conversion Rate

Percentage of campaign contacts that progress to sales-qualified leads or opportunities.

Event ROI

Revenue influenced by event attendees divided by total event spend (planning, venue, promotion).

ABM Win Rate

Percentage of target accounts that convert to customers within 12 months of ABM engagement.

Partner Pipeline Contribution

Percentage of total regional pipeline generated through partner-sourced campaigns and co-marketing.
