Iron Mountain moves data, records, and assets for 225K global customers—and their partner ecosystem is the engine driving growth. You'll architect marketing programs that turn partners into revenue generators across retail, real estate, and hyperscaler channels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map partner landscape across NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC; audit current content gaps and MDF tracking processes

Build partner marketing portal strategy and launch initial enablement assets for top 3 retail/real estate partners

Establish baseline metrics for partner campaign performance; define dashboards in Smartsheet/Monday.com

4

Coordinate Q1 partner event strategy and kickoff first collaborative sales enablement session

By 6 Months

Drive measurable revenue lift from partner ecosystem; track pipeline and closed deals attributed to partner programs

Launch 4+ co-branded campaigns with key partners; manage full lifecycle from content ideation to execution

Scale MDF management process; achieve >80% partner satisfaction on collateral and support

Build playbook for new partner onboarding; establish repeatable processes for sales tool customization

Track pipeline and closed deals attributed to partner marketing campaigns and enablement across all regions.

MDF Utilization Rate

Percentage of allocated marketing development funds deployed by partners; target efficiency and ROI.

Campaign Performance

Engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics on co-branded content, social, email, and marketplace listings.

Partner Satisfaction Score

Quarterly feedback on collateral quality, timeliness, and support from partner marketing teams.

Event ROI

Leads and pipeline generated from tradeshows and partner enablement sessions managed by you.
