We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. The role is part strategist, part operator — turning channel investment into measurable pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Manage SEO, content, and email lifecycle programs
- Own attribution, reporting, and channel ROI analysis
- Manage agency relationships and contractor budgets
- Run experiments to improve CAC, conversion, and LTV
- Partner with sales on lead handoff and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in performance or digital marketing
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4
- Working knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution models
- Experience managing budgets across multiple channels
- Bias for testing, measurement, and iterating on data
