Strategic Marketing & Events Lead (EMEA)

Location: Remote role with travel to Chertsey, UK as required


We’re looking for a commercially driven Strategic Marketing & Events Lead to shape and deliver marketing strategy across EMEA.


This is a senior leadership role where you’ll connect product, sales, and marketing, driving pipeline growth, brand strength, and regional expansion across Europe and the Middle East.

The Role


You’ll lead the evolution of marketing from a product-led function into a sales-driven growth engine, working closely with global HQ, regional sales teams, and senior stakeholders.

Starting with ownership of product marketing and go-to-market strategy, you’ll expand into broader commercial leadership—driving campaigns, major events, and measurable revenue impact across the region.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and deliver the EMEA marketing strategy
  • Lead product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling propositions
  • Drive pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and programmes
  • Own and scale high-impact events (trade shows, conferences, executive forums)
  • Strengthen brand presence across EMEA
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing with commercial targets
  • Manage regional budgets and optimise ROI
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and events team
  • Shape the 3–5 year regional growth strategy


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership in tech, security, or electronics
  • Strong background in product marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience driving sales-led, revenue-focused marketing transformation
  • Track record of delivering regional campaigns and large-scale events
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience working across international markets and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute and deliver results
