to own our commercial expansion across France and Southern Europe, transitioning our regional engine from a traditional sales model to a high-leverage partnership ecosystem.The Successful Head of Growth & Partnerships will:
Acting as a key leader in our Series C journey, you will move beyond managing a pipeline to building a scalable growth engine. You will:
Architect the Regional Growth Playbook:
Define and execute the expansion strategy for France, Spain, and Italy, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities for market dominance and brand equity.Scale Through Strategic Partnerships:
Shift the focus from individual retail transactions to building a robust ecosystem of B2B partners, retailers, and corporate mobility providers that drive non-linear growth.Build a High-Velocity Team:
Lead, mentor, and empower a distributed team across three countries. You will transition the culture from "field sales" to "growth consultants" who own their territories as entrepreneurs.Operationalize for Scale:
Design the frameworks, CRM workflows, and data-driven feedback loops required to manage a massive partner network with 10x efficiency.Be the Voice of the Market:
Act as a strategic bridge between the field and our Product/Marketing teams to ensure the Upway value proposition evolves at the speed of the mobility sector.
The Successful Head of Growth & Partnerships posseses:
Scale-up DNA:
You have a proven track record in a high-growth environment (Series B–D). You know how to build systems from scratch and iterate at pace.Partnership Mastery:
You are a sophisticated negotiator who understands how to build long-term, mutually beneficial alliances rather than just closing one-off deals.Lead-by-Example Mentality:
You are a "hands-on" leader. While you think strategically, you aren't afraid to be on the ground with your team in Paris, Milan, or Madrid to understand the "why" behind the data.Data-Informed Mindset:
You are comfortable with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion velocity) and use them to drive decision-making.Languages:
Native-level French and professional English are essential. Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a significant advantage.
