The Challenge
Groupe GRIM runs 40+ dealerships across southern France for BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad. You'll own digital strategy for 8 locations, balancing corporate brand guidelines with local market needs while driving online visibility and sales.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence across all 8 dealership locations and establish baseline KPIs for web traffic, social engagement, and lead generation
Launch cohesive social media calendar across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with weekly content tied to local inventory and events
Implement SEO audit and launch priority keyword optimization for BMW/MINI/Motorrad landing pages and local service pages
Set up Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with proper tracking and establish weekly performance reporting cadence
Increase organic web traffic by 40% through SEO optimizations and improve local search rankings for all 8 dealership locations
Grow social media communities by 50% across platforms and achieve 3-4% average engagement rate on organic posts
Deliver 3+ integrated campaigns blending digital ads with on-ground events (portes ouvertes, ventes privées, product launches)
Reduce cost-per-lead on paid campaigns by 25% through continuous A/B testing and audience refinement

Remote
On-site, 40h/week (Monday-Friday, 1 hour paid break). Based at Groupe GRIM HQ in Lattes, Montpellier. Covers 8 dealership locations across southern France.

- You understand the automotive/motorsports space or are genuinely passionate about cars and bikes
- You thrive juggling multiple projects and stakeholders (8 locations + 3 brands = complexity)
- You're proficient in at least one design tool (Canva, Adobe, CapCut) and can ship content fast
- You want mid-career autonomy without the startup chaos—stable brand, real budget, clear objectives
- You need remote flexibility or refuse on-site work 5 days/week in Montpellier
- You're a specialist (e.g., only PPC or only social content) instead of a full-stack digital marketer
- You can't handle brand guideline constraints—these are premium brands with strict rules
- You expect enterprise-scale tools/budget out of the box; this is about optimizing what exists and proving ROI
