The Challenge
Forest Admin is rebuilding GTM from scratch for compliance infrastructure—the backbone of Europe's best fintechs (Qonto, Swan, Mastercard). You're not an intern watching; you're the CRO's shadow and the growth team's second brain.
Your Mission
Master the compliance infrastructure market: become fluent in fiat, crypto, stablecoins, wallets, and the regulatory landscape across EU fintechs
Own prospect prep: build 50+ battle cards with competitive intel, objection maps, and business case drafts that shape every demo
Book 20+ qualified meetings through research-driven outreach on LinkedIn, events, and partner ecosystems
Identify top-performing channels and messaging: test 5+ campaign variations and report weekly on what converts vs. noise
Close or influence 3+ enterprise deals through pre-call prep, objection anticipation, and post-call strategy debrief
Build repeatable GTM playbook: document what works in sales conversations and apply it to growth campaigns
Scale outreach engine: systematize account hunting and prospecting so the team can replicate your research process
Prove channel ROI: track attribution across all acquisition channels and recommend budget reallocation based on MQL quality and conversion
KPIs You'll Own
Meetings Booked
Qualified demos and sales calls you directly influence or book through outreach and research
Deal Influence Score
Number of deals you shaped through prep, intel, or objection flagging that closed or advanced
MQL Quality Rate
Percentage of growth-sourced leads that convert to qualified pipeline (you flag garbage early)
Channel Attribution
Conversion rate and cost-per-meeting by acquisition channel to guide GTM spend
Playbook Adoption
How many of your battle cards, objection maps, and messaging templates the team reuses

Is This Role For You?
- You're curious about fintech, crypto, compliance, or regulated industries—you don't need to be an expert, just genuinely interested
- You've already convinced someone to say yes before (sponsor, client, partner, mentor)—you understand what persuasion looks like
- You write clearly in English, think independently, and have opinions you'll defend even to the CRO
- You're comfortable with AI tools, APIs, and learning on the fly—Claude, Slack, spreadsheets, whatever ships value
- You want a traditional internship: note-taking, admin tasks, CRM updates on someone else's schedule
- You need hand-holding: autonomy is non-negotiable; you'll figure out what to do and ask when stuck
- You're not actually interested in fintech or compliance: you need to care about the domain, not just the role
- You're afraid to challenge ideas or push back on strategy: they want fresh eyes and independent thinking

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
