The Challenge

Fair Haven Community Health Care serves 165,000+ patients across 21 locations and needs someone to own their entire digital presence—from website management to social strategy to in-house design. You'll reduce vendor dependency, drive patient engagement, and help a mission-driven nonprofit reach underserved communities.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital channels (website, social, email) and establish baseline performance metrics across all platforms

Create and publish a 90-day content calendar aligned with FHCHC's mission and key service offerings

Design and launch 3 targeted digital campaigns (staff recruitment, patient outreach, fundraising) with measurable KPIs

4

Set up analytics dashboards and reporting cadence with Director of Marketing to track engagement, traffic, and conversion

By 6 Months
1

Grow social media followers by 40% and increase engagement rate by 50% through consistent, on-brand content

Redesign 5+ critical website pages (services, locations, hours, provider directories) to improve user experience and reduce support tickets

3

Reduce external design/photography vendor spend by 60% through in-house capability and streamlined workflows

4

Deliver monthly performance reports showing traffic trends, conversion metrics, and ROI on digital campaigns

KPIs You'll Own

Social Media Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, and follower growth across all platforms monthly to measure audience resonance.

Website Traffic & Conversion

Monitor monthly sessions, user behavior, and conversion funnels (appointments booked, volunteer signups, donations) via GA4.

Campaign Performance (CTR, Cost per Action)

Measure click-through rates and cost-per-acquisition for recruitment, patient outreach, and fundraising campaigns.

Content Production Velocity

Track number of assets created monthly (graphics, photos, web updates) and time-to-publish to measure operational efficiency.

Vendor Cost Reduction

Measure savings achieved by bringing design and photography in-house against baseline external spend.
