Your Mission

First 3 Months

Shadow and support 3-5 active client accounts, learning EyeCarePro's strategic framework and SaaS tech stack

Conduct 10+ performance analysis deep-dives on client campaigns (SEO, paid, content, email) and present findings to clients

Develop proficiency in 4+ core platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, email automation, AI tools) through structured training

Draft and deliver 5+ client strategy recommendations or performance reports under senior guidance

By 6 Months

Independently manage 2-3 small-to-mid client accounts with senior review; hit retention and satisfaction targets

Lead strategy sessions with clients; conduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell opportunities

Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital channels; demonstrate 15%+ average client improvement in key metrics

Contribute to internal playbooks and best practices documentation for repeatable growth strategies
