We’re seeking a highly qualified Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and elevate our digital ecosystem. This role requires a unique blend of technical mastery and creative strategy. You will be responsible for helping to manage a significant paid media budget, architecting data-driven reporting, and overseeing our marketing automation and content platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-obsessed multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling high-spend campaigns and complex CRM workflows while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
- Paid Media Management: Strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns, managing an annual paid marketing budget in excess of $1M to drive immediate impact and long-term growth
- Data Architecture & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities using GA4 and Zoho. You will synthesize campaign results and consumer trends to guide strategic decisions
- Automation & Email Lifecycle: Plan and execute end-to-end email content management and reporting using platforms like Pardot, Braze, or HubSpot to optimize lead generation
- Content & CMS Oversight: Manage and update the website via our CMS, ensuring all content is optimized for both user experience and brand alignment
- Omnichannel Campaign Strategy: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring clear communication of objectives and timelines to the sales team
- Social Media & Brand Engagement: Manage and moderate our social media presence, cultivating authentic consumer interactions and amplifying brand sentiment
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly across teams to present data-driven insights and coordinate the development of new sales support assets
- Project Management: Utilize exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple deadlines, vendor relationships, and marketing deliverables with precision
- Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
- Technical Certification: Active certification in Google Ads is required
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of data reporting platforms (GA4, Zoho, etc.) and experience with CRM/Email automation (Pardot, Braze, HubSpot, etc.)
- Budgeting: Demonstrated experience managing a paid marketing budget in excess of $1M annually
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to craft compelling content and confidently present insights to leadership
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Familiarity with advanced CMS management and basic HTML
- Experience in the e-commerce or auction marketplace industry
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and graphic design tools
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements within a marketing tech stack
