The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
Director of Social & Growth
to lead and evolve our social presence into a true growth engine.You’ll help shape:
• the creative direction of our content
• the strategy behind what we post and why
• how organic social supports paid media performance
• how influencer and UGC content feeds our pipeline
• how trends translate into demand
• how content ultimately drives real revenue
You’ll have strong support from an existing team that understands the brand and cares deeply about style — while also having the opportunity to help shape and build the right structure around you as we grow.
Your role is to help guide the vision, sharpen the strategy, and elevate performance.
What You’ll Own
• Social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok
• Creative direction for high-performing content
• Identifying trends early and translating them into content opportunities
• Partnering with our team to continually improve content quality
• Helping ensure content connects to real business outcomes
• Collaborating on paid social creative strategy
• Developing repeatable frameworks for content that performs
• Working with influencer and UGC creators to generate content that feels authentic and on-trend
• Helping shape the voice and feel of the brand
What Makes Someone Great in This Role

Experience & Requirements
We’re less focused on a specific background and more focused on demonstrated ability.
Strong candidates will likely have:
• 6+ years experience in social media, brand marketing, content strategy, or growth roles
• experience shaping content strategy that drives measurable business outcomes
• strong creative instincts combined with a performance mindset
• experience collaborating with designers, creators, or content teams
• familiarity with Instagram and TikTok as growth channels
• experience identifying trends and translating them into content ideas
• comfort using data to refine creative direction
Bonus experience (not required):
• fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or DTC brand experience
• experience working with influencers or UGC creators
• experience collaborating on paid social creative strategy
• experience helping build or scale a content function

Location
Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas (relocation support available for the right candidate).
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus, with total compensation expected to fall in the $100,000 – $130,000 range depending on experience and impact.
