The Challenge
Elysées Marbeuf trains the next generation in luxury, fashion, beauty, and hairdressing. You'll drive enrollment growth and brand visibility across digital channels while capturing the essence of these premium sectors in every campaign.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence across all enrollment platforms (Parcoursup, CPF, Pôle emploi, Onisep, 1 jeune 1 solution) and identify quick wins for visibility
Launch optimized social media strategy with editorial calendar across organic and paid channels aligned to luxury/beauty brand positioning
Establish baseline KPIs for acquisition funnel, conversion rates by channel, and CAC across all touchpoints
Plan and execute first brand event (open day, conference, or forum) with integrated digital promotion
Increase qualified application volume by 25%+ through optimized funnel and multichannel campaigns
Achieve top 3 ranking on key search terms for each program on Google and reference platforms
Grow social media engaged followers by 40%+ with content strategy that reflects luxury/fashion brand essence
Build comprehensive annual marketing plan with ROI projections, test roadmap, and resource allocation across 8+ acquisition channels

Track acquisition cost across all channels to optimize marketing spend efficiency
Conversion Rate by Channel
Measure percentage of visitors converting to qualified leads/applications for each digital touchpoint
Organic Search Visibility
Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic from SEO efforts on Google and enrollment platforms
Social Media Engagement Rate
Track engagement (likes, comments, shares, clicks) as percentage of followers to validate content strategy
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure revenue/applications generated per euro spent on paid social and search campaigns
Brand Awareness Lift
Survey or track unaided/aided brand recall among target audience (prospective students, partner companies)

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5-10 years of growth marketing, acquisition, or digital marketing experience (education background is a plus)
- You're passionate about or deeply understand luxury, fashion, beauty, or hairdressing sectors—not just executing campaigns
- You're a data-driven experimentalist: you live for A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement
- You can juggle multiple projects (social, SEO, paid ads, events, partnerships) and prioritize ruthlessly without losing quality
- You treat marketing as 'set it and forget it'—you need to love testing, iteration, and continuous optimization
- You have no affinity for the luxury/fashion/beauty world and can't authentically represent those values to prospective students
- You're looking for a 100% remote or flexible remote role—this is on-site in Paris
- You expect to execute only one channel (e.g., 'just social media')—this role demands multichannel ownership
