The Challenge
EKNA is a Lille-based proptech startup (founded 2022) reinventing co-living through intelligent matching and tenant scoring. You'll drive digital acquisition across SEO, SEA, and ASO to attract qualified leads (landlords, roommates, co-living communities) with data-driven strategies.
Your Mission
Conduct technical SEO audit and implement Core Web Vitals fixes to improve indexation and site speed
Launch 3-5 high-intent Google Ads and Meta campaigns with A/B tested landing pages targeting key user segments
Optimize EKNA app listings on App Store and Google Play with keyword research and visual improvements
Set up GA4 tracking, Tag Manager implementation, and first Looker Studio dashboard reporting conversions and CAC
Achieve top 3 rankings for 15+ strategic keywords across student housing, co-living, and rental verification niches
Scale paid campaigns to 3-5x ROAS with refined audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
Build netlinking strategy and publish 10+ SEO-optimized content pieces (blog, guides, landing pages)
Establish growth testing cadence: test and measure 20+ hypotheses (growth hacking, channel mix, messaging) monthly
KPIs You'll Own
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month increase in organic sessions via Search Console and GA4, benchmarked against SEO targets
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Total paid spend divided by qualified leads generated across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns
App Store Keyword Rankings
Position tracking for priority keywords on App Store and Google Play; aim for top 10-20 positions
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue or conversions driven by paid campaigns divided by ad spend; target minimum 3:1 ratio
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Percentage of visitors completing desired action (signup, quote request) on SEA-driven landing pages
