Edwards Lifesciences is a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease, and they need you to own France's marketing strategy. You'll translate European priorities into local market wins while leading a team through competitive market dynamics in one of Europe's most complex healthcare systems.
Your Mission
Map current France market landscape: competitive positioning, KOL influence, reimbursement gaps, and therapy adoption barriers for TAVI and key indications
Align with THV France Leadership Team on 2026 marketing priorities and secure cross-functional buy-in (Sales, Clinical, Market Access) on the country plan
Audit existing marketing assets and deployment; identify gaps vs EU standards and French regulatory requirements
Establish KOL engagement framework and schedule initial strategic meetings with top 15-20 influencers in structural heart disease
Execute refined France Country Marketing Strategy with measurable KPIs (market share, brand awareness, KOL reach, engagement quality)
Launch at least one major product/indication campaign with full readiness checks, compliance validation, and cross-functional alignment
Build and scale marketing team capability through hiring, training, and performance management; establish team operating rhythm
Deliver 2-3 high-impact scientific events (symposia, congresses) with documented speaker ROI and attendee engagement metrics

Track growth in addressable market share for THV products vs competitors, measured quarterly.
KOL Engagement & Reach
Monitor number of active KOL relationships, speaker events delivered, and clinical evidence dissemination impact.
Launch Readiness Score
Measure on-time, on-budget execution of product/indication launches with cross-functional sign-off.
Marketing Campaign ROI
Quantify campaign performance (awareness lift, consideration, physician/patient engagement) against spend.
Team Retention & Capability
Track marketing team stability, skill development, and internal promotion rates.

- You've led senior marketing roles in MedTech or pharma with proven ability to own strategy AND execution
- You speak fluent French and understand the French healthcare system (HAS, reimbursement dynamics, physician networks)
- You thrive translating global strategy into local market wins and can navigate complex matrix organizations
- You're hands-on with data—market analytics, competitive intelligence, campaign ROI matter to you
