Position Overview
E3 XPS is seeking a
high-energy, growth-oriented Director of Growth
to lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of marketing consultants.This is a major leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to build strong teams, create positive momentum, and drive real results through people. The Director of Growth will play a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization by hiring top talent, coaching team members to perform at a higher level, and building a culture that attracts, develops, and keeps exceptional people.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing consultants with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and growth
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent to build a stronger, deeper, and more effective team
- Create a positive, high-performance culture that motivates team members to perform at their best
- Coach and develop team members in prospecting, consultative selling, relationship-building, pipeline management, and closing business
- Establish clear expectations, activity standards, and performance goals for the team
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews to maintain focus and drive results
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to maximize lead flow
- Oversee and help optimize
HubSpot CRM
to improve pipeline visibility, lead management, reporting, accountability, and follow-through - Build and strengthen the long-term bench of talent within the organization
- Partner closely with leadership to align team performance and growth strategy with company goals
- Monitor pipeline health, sales activity, and overall team effectiveness to improve results
- Lead from the front with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong growth mindset
- Help create an environment where high performers want to join, grow, and stay
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience building, developing, and retaining high-level sales teams
- Proven success recruiting strong talent and developing high-performing people
- Strong leadership background in sales, business development, growth leadership, or consultative selling
- Demonstrated ability to build culture, improve accountability, and raise team performance
- High energy, strong communication skills, and a motivating leadership style
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to challenge, support, and elevate others
- Track record of driving measurable growth through people leadership and team development
- Organized, disciplined, and capable of creating structure in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
- Experience in trade shows, experiential marketing, branded environments, or related industries is a plus
