Dexcom is the global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, transforming how millions manage diabetes. You'll own their Provider website—the digital hub for healthcare professional engagement—and drive measurable growth in HCP adoption, lead generation, and conversion.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current HCP digital conversion funnel, identify top 3 optimization opportunities, and launch A/B tests on lead capture forms and content pathways

Conduct comprehensive CMS audit and establish baseline metrics for site performance, user behavior, and conversion rates across key HCP segments

Partner with Analytics and Sales Operations to align digital and sales data touchpoints, creating unified HCP lead tracking and attribution model

4

Develop SEO audit for Provider website and execute initial quick-wins on high-intent keywords targeting HCP audience

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 20%+ improvement in HCP website conversion rate through iterative CMS optimization, UX enhancements, and personalization testing

Establish SEO-driven content roadmap that expands organic reach to new HCP segments and increases qualified lead volume by 30%+

3

Implement advanced personalization and testing tools on Provider website; run minimum 5 successful A/B/multivariate tests with documented lift

Build comprehensive monthly performance dashboard tracking HCP engagement, conversion, lead quality, and ROI; present insights and recommendations to leadership

Digital-to-Sales Attribution

Connection between digital platform touchpoints and downstream sales activities, lead velocity, and deal influence.
