Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've run full-funnel digital campaigns with proven wins in SEO, SEM, and email—and can back it up with metrics
  • You're fluent in GA4, Google Ads, and marketing automation; you don't need hand-holding on analytics or reporting
  • You thrive in B2B environments and understand the longer sales cycle; luxury/premium brands are a bonus
  • You're a project manager at heart—coordinating across Sales, Product, and Creative is energizing, not draining
  • You're hungry to own a full digital P&L and drive measurable revenue growth, not just vanity metrics
Won't Work If
  • You're a specialist looking for a narrow lane—this role requires expertise across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • You need a fully remote setup; this is on-site in Indianapolis with no flexibility mentioned
  • You prefer hands-off leadership or don't enjoy cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • You struggle with technical requirements (GA4, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS literacy is a plus) or don't want to upskill
