The Challenge

Dalma is scaling its B2B partner network across France and Germany—recruiting breeders and vets as direct prescribers to pet parents. You'll own the operational engine and build the systems that turn partners into growth channels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and optimize current partner acquisition funnel; identify 2-3 quick wins to reduce friction in onboarding

Set up automated workflows in HubSpot + Make to track partner payments, loyalty rewards, and engagement metrics

3

Launch 2 activation campaigns (flyers, goodies) for target segments; measure conversion and partner satisfaction

Build a partner data dashboard tracking activation, retention, and referral rates by geography

By 6 Months

Scale go-to-market playbook to German market; achieve 30% month-over-month partner acquisition growth

Automate 70% of repetitive marketing ops tasks using No-Code tools; reduce manual admin by 10 hours/week

Launch AI-powered partner experience tool (using Claude/Lovable/Supabase) to increase retention by 20%

Own full P&L for partner acquisition channel; demonstrate unit economics and CAC payback
