Crosby is an independent communications powerhouse looking for someone to own multi-channel digital campaigns with real ROI impact. You'll drive paid search, SEO, and email programs while partnering with creative and dev teams to deliver measurable results for clients across federal, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize all active Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns; identify 3+ optimization opportunities worth 15%+ performance lift
Establish standardized performance reporting framework across all digital channels using Looker Studio or Tableau
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits on 5 client properties; deliver actionable recommendations with prioritized roadmap
Build internal playbooks for paid search setup, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
Launch and optimize 8+ new performance media campaigns; achieve target ROAS/CPA within 60 days for 90% of campaigns
Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy across client content; measure discoverability in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity
Design and execute email marketing automation for 10+ clients; achieve 25%+ open rates and 5%+ CTR benchmarks
Identify and pitch 3+ emerging channel opportunities; develop case studies demonstrating ROI potential
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROAS/CPA Achievement
Percentage of campaigns hitting client-defined return-on-ad-spend or cost-per-acquisition targets within 60 days of launch.
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month organic traffic increase driven by SEO recommendations and technical implementations across client properties.
Email Engagement Rate
Average open rate and click-through rate across managed email campaigns; benchmark against industry standards by vertical.
Data-Driven Optimization Velocity
Number of A/B tests launched and completed monthly; insights surfaced that improve campaign performance by 10%+.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Client NPS score and retention rate; feedback on quality of strategic counsel and reporting.
