The Challenge

Colonies is scaling residential acquisition through strategic growth marketing. You'll own the full funnel—from SEO content and partner channels to email nurturing—driving qualified leads and filling residences while learning real estate growth from the ground up.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current content performance across partner platforms and implement 3+ high-impact SEO pieces targeting residential keywords

2

Launch first email campaign sequence (welcome, nurture, loyalty) and establish baseline open/click rates

3

Conduct initial customer research (10+ interviews) to identify lead quality gaps and optimization opportunities

4

Deliver competitive benchmark report covering pricing, messaging, and acquisition channels

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 25%+ organic traffic growth through consistent SEO content and on-page optimization

2

Scale email program to 4+ campaigns with documented improvement in conversion rates month-over-month

3

Design and propose referral program structure with projected lift in qualified lead volume

4

Present strategic recommendations on user journey improvements based on quantitative/qualitative research
