The Challenge

Circ Foods is a fast-growing CPG brand with national retail distribution looking for a digitally native marketer who can own their entire social presence. You'll be the creative force and on-camera talent building the brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms—not just managing content, but making it.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish consistent posting cadence and content calendar across 5+ platforms; ship first 20 pieces of original video/photo content

Audit and optimize existing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop; reduce CAC by 15-20%

Build and document content performance baseline; identify top 3 winning content hooks and formats

4

Set up analytics dashboard in Google Analytics; establish weekly reporting framework tracking engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

By 6 Months

Grow social followers by 50%+ with engagement rate above platform benchmarks; achieve 3+ viral/breakout pieces

Scale paid campaign spend profitably; achieve ROAS of 3x+ across paid channels

Increase website traffic from social by 100%; improve organic search visibility for 10+ target keywords

Establish brand voice and visual identity across all channels; train 2-3 freelancers/contractors on brand standards

Track likes, comments, shares, saves across platforms; benchmark against CPG and food brand averages.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Measure paid campaign efficiency across Meta, Google, and TikTok Shop; optimize targeting and creative weekly.

Video View-Through Rate (VTR)

Monitor percentage of viewers who watch 50%+ of each video; identify winning video lengths and hooks.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Calculate revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns; target 3x+ across all channels.

Website Conversion Rate

Track % of social traffic converting to customers; A/B test landing pages and CTAs to improve.
